2.3 Less Than 7 Days Before Start Date
Requests made less than 7 days before the scheduled start date are generally not eligible for refunds, except in cases of documented emergency or extraordinary circumstances.
2.4 After Seminar Has Started
Once a seminar or course has begun and you have accessed any portion of the content, no refunds will be provided except as outlined in Section 4 (Exceptional Circumstances).
2.5 Subscription Services
For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time, but refunds will only be provided for unused full months of service. Partial month refunds are not available.
3. How to Request a Refund

6. Course Transfers and Credits
As an alternative to refunds, we may offer the following options:
6.1 Seminar Transfer
You may request to transfer your registration to a future session of the same or similar seminar, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the original seminar start date.
6.2 Account Credit
In some cases, we may offer account credit equal to the value of your purchase, which can be applied toward future services. Account credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
